Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Roofers to support solar panel installations by ensuring proper roof preparation and mounting. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of roofing experience, be comfortable working at heights, and follow all safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, repair, and prepare roofs for solar panel installation.
Install racking systems and secure solar panels to various roof types.
Ensure proper waterproofing and sealing around mounting points.
Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times.
Work closely with the solar installation team to complete projects efficiently.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Assist with general labor tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of roofing experience (solar experience preferred).
Comfortable working on sloped and flat roofs in various weather conditions.
Strong knowledge of roofing materials and installation techniques.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights.
OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred).
Reliable transportation to job sites.
