Property Maintenance Professional

We are currently looking for skilled Property Maintenance Professionals to help maintain 8 buildings in the Chesterfield Township area. The buildings consist of approximately 600,000 sq/ft and nearing 60 acres. The job consist of Grass Cutting, Exterior Building Maintenance, Concrete Patching, Landscape Bed Maintenance, Snow Removal, etc. The applicant must have prior experience, drivers license, and the ability to drive a truck with a trailer. All equipment is modern, new, and well maintained. We are looking to fill several positions from Landscape Foreman to General Landscape experience. We also do various construction projects so there is always room to advance. This is a full time position. Pay is based of experience, but the current range is $18.00 to $28.00.
