We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as professional cleaners. This role involves a variety of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, washing baseboards, cleaning ovens and refrigerators, dishwashing, laundry, trash removal, and window cleaning. Position Details:
- Type: 1099 Contractor
- Services: Move-in cleaning for apartments and townhomes
- Compensation:
- $84.00 for 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartments
- $94.00 for 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartments
- $107.25 for 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartments
- $117.00 for 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhomes
Project Locations: Sterling Heights, Warren, and Ferndale, MI
Requirements:
- Documentation: Completion of a non-compete agreement, I-9 form, and W-9 form
- Experience: Prior cleaning experience is required
- Supplies: Must provide your own cleaning supplies
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required
- Professionalism: Candidates must exhibit a high level of politeness and professionalism at all times
- Conduct: The use of profanity is strictly prohibited
