Since we first opened our doors, we have become the one-stop shop for all things tire related for customers in the Grand Rapids, Metro Detroit, Indianapolis and Chicago. About the role:
Our Drivers are responsible for safely transporting tire orders to our customers and providing our customers with an exceptional customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
· Load trucks with handheld scanner.
· Deliver tire orders to our customers.
· Write-up customer returns.
· Ensure traffic laws are being followed.
· Ensure that our customers receive excellent customer service.
· Responsible for maintaining company vehicles in good working condition.
· Responsible for collecting customer payments for orders.
· Help ensure a safe working environment.
