We are seeking a reliable and self-managed individual to join our team and help clean renovated apartments for rent as well as keeping our common areas up to company standards, contributing to an overall pleasant living experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning of apartment units, hallways, stairwells, lobbies, and other common areas.
- Ensure apartments are move-in ready by thoroughly cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces as needed.
- Communicate with management about maintenance issues.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and well-maintained.
- Follow all health, safety, and cleaning protocols.
Qualifications:
-Prior cleaning experience
-Must be efficient and dependable
-Must have an eye for detail and a strong work ethic
-Passing a background check.
