Serve lunch in the cafeteria at various school locations (scheduled day of shift)
· Knowledgeable about the menu items and ingredients
· Organize and work quickly. Know when to restock items
· Keep warmers and food at proper temperatures (below 41 ̊ F or above 140 ̊ F).
· Keep area clean and sanitized at all times
· Help co-workers during rush time or whenever help is needed.
· Assist with food check-in and temperature taking.
· Assist with doing dishes/pot/pans and general clean-up.
· Sweep and mop area at end of day and as needed throughout the service periods.
· Assure proper portion control
· Assist with recording leftovers on Production software

Job Type: Part-time 5.5 hours a day
Pay: $17.50 per hour to start.
