Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $18 - $22 per hour
Overtime Available: Yes, during peak season
Hours: No late nights; close at 10 PM

Position Overview:
As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes that reflect the standards of our esteemed club. You will work alongside a talented team of chefs to create memorable meals using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu and presentation standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen stations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and contribute to special events.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook in a high-end restaurant or country club setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
