KITCHEN LEAD & CAFÉ ADMINISTRATION
Busy 7 days a week, full-service café in a unique, family-friendly athletic facility, is looking for an experienced restaurant/café/sandwich shop food service professional that can help organize and run day-to-day operations, including;
- Run front counter transactions & software - Prep food & ingredients for menu items
- Follow written recipes when required - Assemble cold-line sandwiches & salads
- Cook hot-line menu items - Assist in catering food prep & serving
- Competent cooking on & cleaning grills, ovens & fryers
- Capable of maintaining food & supply inventories
- Adhere to and maintain ServSafe food handling, serving & storage procedures
HOURS: Primary: 8am - 5:00pm Secondary: Early morning shifts and/or evening shifts depending on special event & catering schedule.
DAYS PER WEEK: 4 - 6 days per week depending on work load & special events
STARTING RATE: $20/HR (Negotiable, based on experience)
