We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Banquet Server to join our team. As the Head Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet events. This position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Overseeing the front of house staff and ensuring they are properly trained and performing their duties efficiently. Dealing directly with guests to ensure their needs are met and that they have a positive experience. Closing the front of house after events, including ensuring all areas are clean and ready for the next event. Serving tables during banquet events, delivering food and beverages, and providing exceptional customer service. Clearing tables and assisting with cleanup tasks as needed.
Requirements: Previous experience in banquet serving or a similar role is highly preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed. Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
