Job Overview: As a Barista, you ll be part of a supportive team focused on delivering excellent customer service and preparing high-quality, handcrafted beverages. You'll make sure everything meets our company and brand standards, while keeping things clean, safe, and efficient.
What You ll Be Doing:
Making delicious beverages that meet company and health standards.
Helping customers with their requests and making sure they have a great experience.
Staying organized and following safety procedures.
Pitching in with cleaning tasks as needed.
Working efficiently to meet productivity goals.
Reporting any equipment issues promptly.
What We re Looking For:
1-2 years of barista experience preferred, but we're open to learning on the job!
A high school diploma (or equivalent) is preferred.
Ability to stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Flexibility to manage changing priorities.
Open to overtime during busy periods as needed.
Reliable transportation to get to work.
Leadership experience is a bonus, but not required.
