- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Establish architectural vision for a release train
- Provide architectural guidance
- Create and maintain architecture road maps
- Consult with delivery teams
- Ensure application capabilities do not conflict with capabilities owned by other release trains
- Identify technical debt on the release train and come up with actionable plans to reduce or eliminate it
- Collaborate with other system architects, enterprise architects and solutions architects when designing new solutions
- Review applications and application designs to ensure they conform to enterprise standards
- Establish technical standards
- Manage catalog of applications within your domain to ensure they are well rationalized, technically fit and align to the capabilities of your domain
- Ensure your release train applications and their dependencies are captured in our CMDB/Application Portfolio Management tool
