Product Manager IIIs help shape our technology vision and help hospitals as they navigate the complex healthcare payments landscape. PM IIIs gather inspiration and ideas byvisiting users regularly and reviewing software and products that solve similar problems in other domains. This role requires broad and deep product planning experience, intellectual curiosity, relentless resourcefulness, artful negotiation skills, and a deep passion for the role of product management.Responsibilities Use data to identify and validate opportunities, build a business case, and articulatevalue, including cost-benefit analyses to help the business prioritize projects. Make tough trade-off decisions between scope and schedule, while maintaining truefocus on outcomes, and understand how to track, measure, and communicateoutcomes Interact with business managers, end users, and engineering to articulate requirements, product vision, business priorities, feature requests, bugs, and deployment timelines Meet pre-defined P&L commitments and project delivery timelines Manage release scope and communication to ensure product adoption Drive development of new features by interpreting business needs, composing userstories and acceptance criteria in an agile environment Manage scrum team(s), and work closely with engineering leads to feed the teams aconstant pipeline of high-value work for each sprint Work with stakeholders to guide the release of new features and the successfulintegration and/or migration of current operations onto those products Ensure product quality by performing thorough user acceptance testing Quickly identify blockers, developing a mitigation strategy or escalating to leadershipwhere neededCompetencies for Success Thrives on challenges and is comfortable with ambiguity Is self-driven, diligent, and exhibits an aptitude for solving problems Good organization skills, including plotting a path towards delivering outcomes that drivevalue for the for the business Deep user empathy and collaborative mindset Ability to communicate, present, and engage with Director+ level stakeholders to explaincomplex information in a non-complex fashion Is passionate about product innovation and keeps abreast of industry advancementsRequired Qualifications Ideally 5 years’ prior Product experience Mastery of Agile fundamentals with demonstrated experience to drive execution withinan Agile environment Exposure to high-level technology paradigms (e.g. data flows, APIs, services) Experience interfacing directly with technology leaders and engineers Ability to travel up to 20%, as necessaryPreferred Qualifications Healthcare experience a plus, specifically in Healthcare Revenue Cycle and/or RevenueIntegrity Applications Experience shipping both new products, as well as improving upon existing ones Experience using Azure DevOps or JiraFor this US-based position, the base pay range is $45,000.00 - $99,991.00 per year .
