Hi, Our client is looking IT Delivery Lead II for Long Term project in 100% Remote below is the detailed requirements. Job Title : IT Delivery Lead II Location : 100% Remote Duration : Long Term Job description:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or another scientific field. Master's or PhD preferred
- Must Manage project execution and IT delivery of healthcare payer projects, providing day-to-day project leadership
- You should Manage multiple work streams of IT project delivery including financial management via close coordination/cooperation with Business Leads and IT Technical Leads
- Must Able to facilitate/lead requirements gathering sessions and build the business requirements document.
- Good Experience in Prior Healthcare Payer processing systems (Claims, Membership, Eligibility, etc)
- Must Facilitate the IT architecture solution and detailed design
- You should have A high proficiency level in specific job-related skills is required
- Must be Providing a strategic planning and comprehensive senior level technical consulting to IT senior management and senior technical staff
- You Must be Evaluating compliance with the organization's technology standards
- Must have a Guiding and consulting with IT management and technical staffs regarding use of emerging technologies and associated services
- Participating in the evaluation, selection and application of new and emerging tools and techniques.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
