- 5 years of experience in workstation or server administration
- 3 years of experience in systems engineering
- 2 years experience in systems engineering for cloud solutions (AWS and Azure)
- Bachelor?s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of scripting languages
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux servers
- Knowledge of AWS and Azure
- Knowledge of networks including SAN/LAN
- Skilled with .NET development
- Troubleshoot advanced operating systems and application issues and provide administration and support on AWS and Azure?
- Install, support and configure software applications?
- Provide support for identity and access management corporate infrastructure?
- Create and implement automation solutions?
- Collaborate with developers and clients to develop solutions using cloud solutions
- Provide tier 3 support for help desk team members?
- Partner with the business and other technology teams to develop and support new technologies?
- Manage tools and systems that make productive team members?
- Understand and identify business processes and opportunities for technology value creation
- Ensure optimal functioning of all servers, networked software and all associated operating systems
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other infrastructure engineers
- Participate in an on-call rotation
