Description Summary:The HR Operations Analyst I manages key tasks and activities with moderate direction. Duties & Responsibilities:
Documents complex processes
Develops working relationships within HR beyond CSD and supported Business Segments
Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks
Responsible for providing information on Risk testing requests, review procedures and process maps
Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's and 0-2 yrs related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong time management skills
Able to balance multiple activities and deadlines
Well-developed analytical & problem-solving skills
Well-developed knowledge of analytical & presentation tools, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to look at single processes and present suggestions and options for improvement
