Genesys Consultant (Mid/Senior-level)

Description:Our client is seeking a mid-level Genesys Developer/Admin which will involve working on the development and maintenance of their contact center solutions. This person will partner with the Architect on their team and provide support capacity on maintaining/enhancing the Genesys platform. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience working with Genesys technologies. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. Experience with Genesys Cloud, PureEngage, or PureConnect. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Notes: This cient is on Genesys Cloud, but they are comfortable with Genesys On-Prem experience Genesys Certification would be nice to have but not required Health care/Payer environment experience is nice to have but not requiredSkills:genesys, CRM integration, Salesforce, health insuranceTop Skills Details:genesysAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Genesys Cloud preferred (on-prem okay), integration with CRM (salesforce preferred) a big plus.
