Events Assistant

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team. This position involves assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for event management. You will work closely with our events team to ensure smooth event operations from start to finish.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of events, both in-house and on-site.Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor communication, and event schedules.Ensure all event materials and equipment are ready and in good condition.Monitor event budgets and ensure that costs are within the allocated budget.Assist with guest registration, invitations, and event promotions.Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.Handle any last-minute adjustments or issues during events with professionalism and poise.
