We seek a meticulous, thorough, and organized Estimator to join our growing team in the Concrete division.
[Duties ]
Prepare and present cost estimates and detailed project budgets to management and clients for commercial construction projects
Prepare quantity takeoffs and analyze subcontractor bids for materials, labor, and equipment
Evaluate project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential cost overruns
[Requirements ]
Minimum education level of a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial concrete cost estimation
Proficient in construction estimating software

Pay Rage: $90k to $110k + potential annual bonus opportunity
