Licensed Architect/Realtor Associate seeking an architect assistant/Sales for Residential and Light Commercial of new construction / remodeling projects throughout Oakland/Macomb counties.
The right candidate will be assisting in completing construction drawings for various projects.
License NOT required but achieving towards Architect or Engineer Licensure
Requirements for qualified candidates:
3 years experience minimum with Residential/Light commercial renovations and construction drawings
Strong AutoCAD skills are required
Generate prospects and convert them into customers
Organized, reliable and detail oriented
Prior architect office experience
Flexible work schedule with working remotely part of the time
Must live in Metro/Detroit Area (local candidates only)
Looking for Cad Drafters/Marketing/Sales to seek new customers and produce projects
