Customer Service Representative, Full-Time, Auto-Transport Company.
Includes Indoor and Outdoor Responsibilities.
Greet customers on phone, and in person.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Coordinate appointments and process orders, forms, requests.
Respond promptly to customer needs.
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
Track inventory, transactions, interactions.
Communicate efficiently and respectfully with colleagues.
Be prepared to work outside in changing weather.
Perform vehicle inspection and complete inspection paperwork.
Park vehicles, retrieve vehicles, drive vehicles. Wide variety makes and models.
Requirements:
Must have excellent communication skills, in person, on phone, and via email.
Must be able to stay calm when customers are frustrated, stressed, or upset.
Be comfortable with computers and technology.
Must have good driving record.
Must have some mechanical knowledge. Be able to jump a dead battery.
Must be able to drive a stick-shift.
Must be physically-fit, able to walk and spend time on feet, bend, twist, climb up and down.
CDL and ability to drive a tractor-trailer is a plus.
Non-Smoker preferred. Smoking not allowed in building or vehicles.
