- Responsible for planning and managing the day-to-day complex global activities of projects including to:
- Develop, clarify and manage the scope of the project
- Identify needed resources,
- Develop detailed project plans,
- Develop project timeframes,
- Develop Organizational Change Management plan (Communication and Quality Monitoring),
- Create and manage Risks and Issues Logs,
- Prepare Lessons Learned and Post Implementation reviews upon project completion
- Facilitate successful completion of project activities and deliverables within budget.
- Support Transformation manager for new business and operational efficiency activities
- Act as the Supplier Recovery BPD SME
- Coordinate Departmental budgets (structural cost and cost recoveries) for Supplier Recovery activities
- Act as BlueWorks Live SME defining and standardizing global processes
- Act as the GBS Supplier Recovery Business Process owner in the area of Training Material development and delivery.
- Support the Transformation Manager in the areas of Lean, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma, and OpEx methodologies
- Collaborative and creative
- Knowledge of CPARS would be an added advantage
- Some knowledge of SQL preferred
- Some knowledge of Adobe Designer and Sharepoint Designer a plus
- Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing with senior executives and business
- leaders.
- Ability to organize and work effectively with complex global project teams or staff from
- department and agencies participating in this effort.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
- Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
- Capability to lead during times of change.
- Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management,
- clients, and other departments.
- Ability to bring projects to successful completion on time. Must be able to learn, understand,
- and apply new technologies.
- Knowledge of company Policy, Procurement Procedures and policies, and audit Best
- Practices
- PC Proficiency: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project), Reporting &
- Analysis Tools, ERP systems – GPS, MGO, PDS, E2, SAP
