Product Engineer Powertrain

Position Description:Project Purpose: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Agile Scrum Master to run two of our Gas Engine Controls scrum teams, the Exhaust team and the Fuel Oil Temperature team. Project Objectives: Facilitating Agile Ceremonies: Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies for effective communication, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives Removing Impediments: Identify and eliminate obstacles hindering the team's progress. Supporting the Team: Coach and mentor team members to achieve their goals and empower team members to make decisions and collaborate effectively Ensuring Transparency: Maintain transparency within the team and with stakeholders Track and report on team progress using Agile metrics Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-quality productsSkills Required: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, with a proven track record of leading successful Agile teams. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus Experience working in an Agile environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team-building abilities Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environmentExperience Required:2-5 years in a product development role, preferredEducation Required:Bachelor's Degree, PreferredAdditional Information :Hybrid.
