Our financial reporting company is growing again. Our current staff of 40 is looking for a great addition to help with managing our expanding client list.
This candidate will have advanced experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting and must be able to complete a hand written P&L and Balance Sheet. Our company uses QuickBooks software – any working knowledge of this software system would be beneficial.
Working responsibilities for this position will be:
Monthly Data Entry pertaining to a select group of clients
Bank Reconciliations
Payroll Reconciliations
Revenue Reconciliations
Discrepancy Resolutions
Basic Financial Reporting
Expanded & Specific Financial Report Management
Continual Correspondence with clients and their assistants
This position will be an hourly W-2 position.
Full Time, Monday – Friday
Flex Schedules Available (once training is complete).
Hourly pay will be based on experience between $20-$25/per hour, depending on experience.
