The Manager of Digital Sales Operations will lead a team of Campaign Managers responsible for setup, trafficking and optimization of Ad sales campaigns across all NBCU Digital properties. The Manager will work closely with Sales Management, Ad Platforms, Planning, Product and DBS teams to lead ad integration efforts and provide best customer service in class. This role will be charged with managing ad operations efforts across NBCU’s digital apps, websites, mobile, set-top box, off-platform distribution partners and emerging products and platforms.Duties and Responsibilities:Day-to-day team management including onboarding, growth and development of direct reports made up of Campaign ManagersDrive team efficiency to meet SLA’s and other key business metricsProactively troubleshoot delivery and technical issues to ensure revenue recognition.Communicate technical issues in a manner that is easy for a non-technical audience to understandProvide training (troubleshooting delivery issues, understanding delivery priorities, optimization of campaigns, ad products, etc.) to Sales and Sales Operations as neededDevelop strategic relationships with our business partners and vendorsEstablish and improve workflow, processes, and establish goals for measuring and improving product output (quality, conformity, scalability, and sustainability)Contribute to Leadership meetings and strategic planning for Sales Operations organization
