In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the purchasing seasons, trends, and sourcing strategies of freeze-dried fruit, as well as contributing to strategic decision-making for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
2+ years of experience in sourcing 、procurement，or supply chain management in the freeze-dried fruit related industry;
Prior experience in sourcing freeze dreid fruit for big giant company like Starbucks or Kellogg is preferred;
Deep understanding of purchasing cycles and seasonality in the freeze-dried fruit market;
Strong communication skills for providing clear, constructive feedback;
Strong network within the food & beverage industry is highly desirable
