Now hiring Machine Operators for work in Battle Creek!
Trillium Staffing is now seeking Machine Operators for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Battle Creek!
1st Shift and 3rd Shift Available and are as follows:
1st Shift: 5a-2p - however they are currently working 10-12 hour days and Saturdays. The pay rate is $18/hr.
3rd Shift: 7p-5a currently working 5p-5a Sunday evening start. The pay rate is $18/hr.
Machine Operator needed and may ultimately have to learn every position on the corrugator since it’s this person that covers for those that are absent. They also go to the various stations to give the other operators a break or lunch without out having to shut down the machine.

Qualifications
-Quality math skills and must be able to measure down to a 16th of an inch (skills will be tested).
-Valid drivers license.
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
