Mechanical Aptitude

Ability to travel (extensive travel in Customer facilities both domestic and international)
The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented individual with a strong, self-directed work ethic. Having the ability to juggle multiple tasks, have a strong desire to learn, work safely, and work under tight deadlines is a necessity. Upon training, the position will be responsible for:
Dimensional and surface quality of products
Data collection and analysis to understand the quality level of products
Tooling adjustments and countermeasures to improve overall product surface and dimensional quality
Effectively communicating technical feedback both internally and with customer project personnel to achieve the quality requirements
Traveling with the job to various customer locations both locally and across North America
