HV Charging Conformance Engineer

The High Voltage Subsystem validation engineer will be responsible for development, and validation of Electrified Powertrain High Voltage Safety features across the vehicle platforms.Develop and optimize subsystem level design validation plan (DVP)Perform design validation (DV) on HV features and strategies on system benches and in vehiclesEnsure validation activities meets the program timingAnalyze validation results and actively engaging appropriate team members on issue resolutionDevelop HV system development properties: Subsystem bucks, tools, proceduresPrepare the validation reportTrack and Submit validation issues on appropriate tracking toolRepeat validation process on multiple SW releases throughout the programSupport the development of vehicle and supplier component high voltage specificationPerform lesson learned and optimize existing process, tools, safety feature and strategy.Problem solving at vehicle, system, component, hardware, software, and tool level.Perform and train first run/ triage/ garage and plant on HV safety check out.Support compliance testing activities.
