Location: Brighton, MI & Surrounding Areas (within 40 miles)
Dates: September–December
Pay: $20–$24/hr + tips & weekly crew bonuses
Schedule: Weekdays, occasional Saturdays
About the Role
We’re looking for motivated crew leads to run Christmas light installation teams for the 2025 season. You’ll lead 1–2 helpers, drive to job sites, and ensure lights are installed safely and efficiently. Great seasonal role with bonus potential and future landscape lighting work available.
Training begins the first or second week of September.
Responsibilities
- Lead a 2–3 person crew on residential lighting jobs
- Install lights on homes, trees, gutters, and landscapes
- Manage materials, crew time, and job quality
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Drive company vehicle (if eligible) to job sites
- Optional: assist with light takedown in January
Requirements
- Comfortable on ladders and rooftops
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
- Experience in construction, landscaping, roofing, or lighting preferred
- Reliable, organized, and confident managing a crew
- Valid driver’s license strongly preferred
Pay & Bonuses
- $20–$24/hr base pay (W-2)
