Seeking skilled Screw Machine Operators to join our team in Dexter, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating screw machines, reading and interpreting blueprints, performing minor equipment repairs, and maintaining high-quality standards in production. Responsibilities - Operate screw machines efficiently and safely - Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production - Utilize micrometers and other measurement tools to verify dimensions - Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on equipment as needed - Visually identify standard single point tooling for production runs - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience as a screw machine operator or in setup roles - Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints - Skilled in using micrometers and other measurement tools - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment - Willingness to work overtime hours when necessary - High mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills - Owns personal toolbox for job-related tasks -
