Looking for someone with experience in human resources/payroll/accounting to work approximately 20 hours a week. Assist Controller and AP/AR Manager with overflow work and provide back up as needed. Set your own schedule and work as many or as little hours as needed and as your schedule allows from week-to-week. Must be proficient in Excel.
Types of responsibilities:
Onboard new hires or complete terminations with Paychex/benefits representatives
Enter AP/AR invoices as backup only
Assist Controller with basic work that may involve the use of excel spreadsheets.
