caregiver/studio apartment to rent in Ann Arbor area

Looking for caregiver for elderly mother with dementia. Beautiful lakefront studio apartment, with own private entrance, to rent for $600 monthly for caregiver. Located in farming community of Manchester, Mi just 15 minutes from downtown Ann Arbor. Approximately 15-20 hours monthly and also a full weekend approximately 5 times per year. Interested party can/should have another full time job. Mostly would need hours in evening and/or a few hours on weekends. Very flexible. Hourly wage $15 per hour. Mother sleeps most of day, just needs feeding and toileting every few hours. Lots of down time to do other thingsreading, tv, etc. Caregiver does not need to be in medical field. This situation perfect for student at area colleges in Ann Arbor, Jackson, Adrian or someone needing a home/extra part time job. Male or female considered. No smoking, vaping, or pets.
