The Jefferson Market is looking for a kitchen manager/chef for our fast paced breakfast and lunch restaurant. We are a scratch kitchen, and we pride ourselves on consistently serving delicious food in a fast and friendly environment. Job responsibilities include maintaining kitchen standards & quality, managing kitchen staff and ordering. Communication skills are key. Previous management experience is required and the ideal candidate would have breakfast experience. Weekends are required. We offer a positive working environment, health insurance & paid time off.
