The Jefferson Market is hiring a line cook for our fast paced breakfast and lunch restaurant. This position is ideal if you love to work in a kitchen but want your evenings free. We are looking for someone who is a team player and is motivated to work hard. Experience cooking eggs is a plus. Responsibilities include setting up and working the line, prep and clean up at the end of service. Weekends required. The typical shift is 6-2 or 7:30-3:30.
