Responsibilities! Completion of subscription documents review documents, escalate questions to legal counsel or Investment professionals, obtain authorized signatures! Maintain database of information including contacts, reports, and documents by ensuring all data elements are entered accurately! Process capital calls by obtaining signatures and coordinating with internal teams for payment! Timely and accurate processing of investment operations (i.e., Amendments/Consents, KYC's, MFN/Elections, and Tax Requests (i.e., FACTA/CRS, etc))! Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve! Coordinate workflow between teams utilizing databaseRequired QualificationsA background in financial services or combination of education and relevant work experience of at least two (2) years. You should also demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong quantitative skills, and some leadership capabilities. Also, candidate should be a self-starter that works to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
