Analyst- Financial Reporting

Location: Domino’s World Resource Center; 30 Frank Lloyd Wright Dr, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 (Remote Friday)Shift: Fulltime; SalaryJob Posting Salary: $60K - $102K plus bonusCPA required Perform Consolidations Accounting and Prepare Internal/External Financial Statements  Record recurring journal entries for eliminations and consolidation, debt and equity transactions, investments and other.Perform quarterly reconciliations for debt, equity, investments and consolidation accountsPrepare periodic consolidated financial statementsAssist with preparing SEC filings, including financial statements and footnote support for 10-Q’s, 10-K’s, certain 8-K’s (e.g., earnings releases), etc.Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for the Company’s subsidiaries as required under the company’s debt structurePerform analysis on various balance sheet and income statement accountsMaintain compliance with SOX controls in the financial reporting areasPrepare support for quarterly balance sheet and cash flow review meeting with the CFOSupport for Treasury reportingUpdate debt model for changes in management fee and interest reserve requirementSupport preparation of debt covenant ratiosSupport preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly debt compliance certificatesOther Accounting, Reporting and Analysis DutiesPerform ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested by Finance leadership (including assessment of significant accounting transactions, preparation of technical accounting memos and consolidation analysis)Coordinate audit requests and status with internal and external auditorsProcure, review and document evaluation of key service organization reportsPrepare 401K financial statements and support
