Domino's Pizza of Adrian, MI is looking for a day shift Assistant Manager (9am to 4pm) to oversee store operations and prepare for the dinner rush. Key responsibilities include: Manage and coordinate day shift operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the storeSupervise and train team members on food preparation, customer service, and store proceduresEnsure compliance with food safety standards and company policiesMonitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as neededPrepare the store for peak hours, including stocking ingredients and organizing workstationsHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionallyMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with other managers to ensure seamless shift transitionsAssist in cash management and daily financial reportingImplement and maintain quality control measures for all productsFoster a positive team environment and motivate staff to achieve performance goalsEnsure all equipment is properly maintained and report any issues promptly
