As a licensed Journeyman, you’ll help our customers with a variety of electrical needs, ranging from installations to repairs in residential and light commercial settings. We’re looking for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and experience delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Customer-Facing Expertise: As the face of Our Client, you’ll interact directly with homeowners and property owners to provide reliable electrical solutions. You’ll diagnose and solve complex electrical issues while ensuring the safety of the property.
Installations and Repairs: Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs, from basic fixture installation to panel replacements and complex wiring issues.
Safety First: You’ll maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring that your work meets all regulatory codes and safety standards. Your goal is to leave the property safer than when you arrived.
Customer Service Excellence: Deliver an exceptional customer experience by being professional, attentive, and communicative. Your ability to make personalized recommendations will be key to building customer trust.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive team, share your knowledge, and help develop newer team members as the business grows.

Qualifications
Valid Journeyman license in the state of Massachusetts
Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in electrical work, particularly in residential and light commercial settings.
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience diagnosing electrical issues.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Comfortable using technology (iPad and digital tools) to manage customer interactions and work orders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
Additional Requirements
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, tools, and materials.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44.63 - $47.10 per hour
