We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Service Company looking for a reliable Office administrator. Part Time.
Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule appointments
Create Estimates and Invoices
Answer inbound telephone calls
Maintain organized filing systems
Collections
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Must have experience in Quickbooks. Duties will include Schedule Service calls (easy Google calendar), must possess Organizational Skills, make calls regarding Collections and general office duties. Over time, learn product and send estimates, create invoices for service, enter Purchase Orders and close out service tickets and file. Candidate must have great communication skills and must be customer service oriented, show initiative and be reliable and honest. Must have reliable transportation.
