Administrative/Office Manager (Webster)
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
Employment type: full-time
Looking for an organized and detailed oriented individual with strong computer skills (will train the right candidate.) Bilingual Spanish a plus.
Administrative responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Data entry for Quick Books and Excel
Accounts receivable/accounts payable
Banking
Payroll
Spreadsheets
Answering phones
Daily email/mail and paper filings
Working with subcontractors, certificates of insurance
Managing employee information
Preparing balance sheets/invoices, etc.
Working with Housing Agencies
Meet and greet tenants and new applicants who are interested in applying for residency at our properties
Creating application packets, leases and preparing for resident interviews
All leasing duties including lease signings and running background/credit checks
Collecting rents
General administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be able to handle a fast paced environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Highly motivated and self-starter attitude
Able to manage multiple priorities seamlessly
Able to work independently and within a team environment
