Premier Auto Body, a reputable car repair company, is currently seeking a full-time administrative assistant. We are in search of an individual who demonstrates strong organizational skills, is a quick learner, possesses the ability to multitask effectively, and, most importantly, is highly reliable. Bilingual proficiency is considered an advantage.
The responsibilities associated with this position include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining work order logs for car repairs
- Managing incoming calls within a multi-line, multi-business phone system
- Welcoming clients upon their arrival
- Performing general clerical duties, including scanning and filing
- Demonstrating proficiency in computer applications, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel
