We are seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. This position reports directly to the Head of Engineering and Quality. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities: Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process of wire rope swivels, crane blocks and other lifting products. Inspect incoming machined components and raw materials for adherence to engineering drawings and specifications. Perform final tests and inspections of finished products to ensure products comply with company/industry standards as well as Federal and State Laws. Produce and maintain quality documentation. Create Quality procedures. Document non-conformances and create corrective action reports. Review codes, specifications, and processes. Develop testing processes. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience. Experience in a manufacturing and/or machine shop environment. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and written in English at all levels of the organization. Be able to interpret engineering blueprints, material test reports and technical specifications. Experience using inspection devices such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Computer literacy and database management, proficient with Microsoft office suite. Familiarity with CAD (SolidWorks), ERP systems, and ISO standards. Sharp attention for detail and a high mechanical aptitude. Solid work ethic, sound organizational skills. Capable of lifting inventory unassisted up to 50lb., perform repetitive tasks, and able to sit/stand/walk for extended periods of time. Education: Associate’s degree in quality/manufacturing, engineering or related discipline. High School & Vocational Graduates are encouraged to apply with relevant experience.
