About Best View Imaging:
Best View Imaging is a real estate photography and marketing company serving central and eastern Massachusetts, southern New Hampshire and northern Rhode Island. We assist agents and their sellers to sell the homes by providing photographs, floor plans and other marketing materials.
Job Description:
We are looking for part-time to full-time seasonal photographers with variable hours. Must be available to work weekends AND RESIDE IN MASSACHUSETTS. We will fully train you in our methods. Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, hard working, creative, have an eye for detail, independent, professional, and trustworthy.
You will photograph and measure homes for marketing photographs and floor plans. Video and matterport tours will be required on some jobs. The work is seasonal; full time April through October, and part-time November through March. You will work independently after you are trained in our methods. Applicant must be a MA state resident. Having a Drone License is a plus
Coverage Needed:
We are looking for photographers who live in or adjacent to Shrewsbury, MA and will cover the following area:
- West to Worcester, MA
- North to Leominster, MA
- South to the Rhode Island border
- East to Wellesley, MA
Hours and Compensation:
- Days: Monday-Saturday, must have weekend availability
- Hours: Shoots are scheduled 9:30am-5pm (with an occasional twilight shoot)
- Location: Typically within 25 miles of your home
- Compensation: Flat Rate per shoot dependent on size of home and type of work completed on-site
- Length of Position: Positions extend through October depending on work available; permanent position(s) available for the right candidate. Part-time to start. Full-time available for the right candidate.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- Drivers License is required.
- Reliable Transportation
- 18+ years old
- Internet Access at home
- Smartphone
- GPS
- Signed Non-Compete Agreement
- Experience with DSLR camera
- Having a Drone License is a plus
Requirements:
- Teachable: Interest in photography and the ability to learn are more important than formal training (or professional photography experience-can be eliminated)
- Prompt: You will need to arrive at all appointments 10 minutes before the shoot and upload materials at the end of each work day You will need to arrive at all appointments 10 minutes early and upload materials by the end of each work day
- Attention to Detail: We seek to give our clients (Our clients expect) the highest quality photos and marketing materials possible. (To do this our-eliminate) photographers must have a strong attention to detail and high standards (for each photograph-eliminate)
-Professional: This job will require you to interact with our clients (real estate agents) as well as their clients(the homeowners). In this position you will serve as a face to our company and must always behave and dress as such when on the job.
You will be the face of Best View Imaging when on site. You are responsible to dress, interact and speak professionally with our clients and their sellers.
