Cutler Management is looking to add to our team! We are looking for a full-time General Maintenance Field Technician who would also like to do landscaping in the summer. Ideal candidate would be eager to learn, able to follow direction and will be responsible for completing various work orders and other required tasks.
Job Duties include:
- Minor maintenance and other duties as assigned.
- Complete daily work order requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
- Shoveling, Snow blowing and other snow removal related tasks.
- Basic grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, mulching, weeding, raking, collecting litter and miscellaneous landscaping tasks.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Send and retrieve emails and pictures, and research relevant information on the internet when needed.
Position Requirements: VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND GOOD DRIVING RECORD
RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION DOT CARD (or ability to obtain one).
