Apartment Maintenance Superintendent

National RE Mgmt. Company seeks accomplished and experienced superintendent for a scattered 10 building apartment buildings scattered in the Fitchburg, MA area. Successful and extremely organized candidates must have at least 5 years experience in all trades and appliance repair. Responsible for completing work orders, cleanliness of grounds, snow removal of walkways, turning over apartments in a timely manner. Position requires living with 1/2 hour of complex for after hour emergency calls. High starting pay, 401K, health, dental, 3 weeks vacation, 11 paid holidays, free uniforms, early release on Fridays (during summer), and growth potential. EOE
