Local reputable company looking to hire experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper to start immediately and shadow train. Personality & professionalism is key to work alongside the President & Treasurer of the Company and oversee all the day to day activities of the main office, answer phone lines, screen and direct calls, ensure repair scheduling is set, organize meetings as needed, manage multiple data bases including but not limited to QuickBooks, Outlook, Excel and Word. Generate Work Orders for the field crew as needed.

You will be the main liaison with Customers,Vendors and the Production Coordinator for the field. Oversees accounting as well as administrative functions including full Accounts Receivables & Payables, daily and accurate invoice & check entry, entering Customer and billing information via QuickBooks, producing Financial reports and analyses as required/needed. In-house payroll utilizing job costing through QuickBooks, filing of weekly payroll taxes and 401K submissions. Tri state monthly tax submissions assist CPA with quarterly and annual filings. General Journal Entries. Daily data entry, record financial transactions, monthly Bank and CC reconciliations, daily filing, and general busywork and other special projects as needed.
