Senior Care Business Development

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Development Rep building relationships with referral partners throughout Worcester & parts of Middlesex County. The right person will possess the ability to foster relationships with business partners and create new opportunities for our franchise in the Senior Living, Real Estate and Elder law area. This position involves developing strong referral partnerships and managing them for ongoing business referrals. Successful candidates will be rewarded with a competitive base salary per hour, bonus schedule plus a weekly gas allowance. Industry training/education will be provided and is mandatory for the 1st month working sorting and packing, auctions. Flexible scheduling options could be considered as an option.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with real estate offices, assisted living homes, retirement communities, and elder law attorneys to create ongoing referrals from them.

Generate reports requested by the franchise owner or manager.

Use the provided training program to increase knowledge and proficiency.

Utilize the CRM system to keep track of activities and progress.

Acquire an understanding of the business through working with the team in homes and completing training.

Possess proficiency in social media platforms to create awareness.

Qualifications

Experience with successful results is preferred over education.

Must possess outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities and the capacity to negotiate effectively.

Possess a positive attitude and strong sense of purpose with the aptitude to develop a passion for the goals and objectives of the company.

Self-starter with good organization and time management capabilities.

Able to work in a team environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and proficient with social media for engaging and developing a loyal customer base with unique ideas.

Compensation

$25.00 hourly, Bonus- Plus weekly gas card
