Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of clinic resources.
Coordinate patient care plans, working closely with healthcare providers and specialists.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist with patient inquiries and provide educational information related to ENT and audiology services.
Handle insurance verifications and authorizations, and assist patients with billing and payment inquiries.
Support the clinical team with administrative tasks and ensure smooth clinic operations.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve patient care and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a patient care coordinator role, preferably in an ENT or audiology setting.
Strong understanding of ENT and audiology procedures, terminology, and patient needs.
