Works on activities assigned by Chief Information Officer of Seven Hills Foundation.May be assigned to work at sites throughout Rhode Island. To assist in the implementation of information technology (IT), as well as other technology (e.g., assistive, instructional), initiatives for Seven Hills Foundation that improves cost effectiveness, service quality and efficiency.This position will responsible for Back Up / Recovery of on-premises and cloud based data.This associate will also provide field services for all aspects for SHF computer/technology operations for all SHF subsidiaries and affiliates which including new installations, relocations and miscellaneous hardware and software problems as they develop on as needed basis.Provides hardware and software trainings to staff of SHF subsidiaries and affiliates.Supports web site/data integration for SHF subsidiaries and affiliates.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology Writing, Communications or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in information systems and/or technology related skills. Excellent organizational and communications skills required.
