Looking for a few young adults who are interested in learning and teaching an age-appropriate karate program.

Requirement: These positions can be filled with junior and senior high school students; college students; adults who are interested in changing careers or start a career. Have reliable transportation.

This is a start-up organization, expected to grow quickly. For those who choose, that this is something you want to do long-term—there could be upward mobility in the organization (BirdsNest Ministry and Martial Arts).

Must enjoy participating in, and playing children games and obstacle courses. Other than that, be teachable, responsible, and be able to communicate with other staff and parents. For this children’s program you do not need to have experience with children. This program is actually here in part, to provide training and experience for those who are going into early childhood education, education, psychology, sociology, coaching, to be a youth leader or children’s pastor. You will be taught what to teach and how to teach it (this is a simplified curriculum); just need to follow the lesson plan for each class. Each program has eight skills that are to be accomplished, the skills were specifically chosen to assess a child’s physical, intellectual, emotional, and social attributes and to master those skills quickly and be rewarded for their progress.

Right now, TNT-Skillz4Kids is launching in the vicinity of Athol, Royalston, Petersham and Orange area. Next will be expanding to Winchendon and Ashburnham; then Erving, Turners Falls and Greenfield.
